Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the nursing department, including supervising nurses, CNAs, and other support staff

• Develop, implement, and evaluate nursing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of care and services to residents

• Conduct regular assessments and quality improvement initiatives to ensure optimal resident outcomes and satisfaction

• Recruit, train, and mentor nursing staff to promote growth and development

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports as required by regulatory agencies and management
