Job Summary

Operate machines to punch, blank, or bend sheet metal into shapes

Essential Duties

• Use blueprints to perform quality checks.
• Complete quality and safety paperwork.
• Inspect and oil equipment as needed
• Turn on and off machine as needed
• Check safety devices when needed.
• Maintain good housekeeping (5s)
• Identify differences and inconsistencies in parts or operation

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Ability to identify differences and inconsistencies in parts or operation (required) Ability to read blueprints (required) Machine operating experience (preferred) Manufacturing experience preferred Must have a good attendance record
