Role Title: Generalist — U.S. Tax Workflow Evaluation
Role Type: Contractor
Location: Remote, U.S. Only

We are engaging detail-oriented Generalists for a short-term customer project focused on evaluating U.S. tax and financial workflows. You'll apply your financial knowledge to review real-world tax processes, assess system-generated outputs, and provide high-quality feedback to support AI development. No prior AI experience is required.

Scope of Work

• Review, annotate, and evaluate U.S. tax filing workflows and related financial processes.
• Apply defined rubrics to assess accuracy, completeness, and user experience.
• Compare system-generated outputs against real-world tax documents and scenarios.
• Review relevant tax-related documents and financial information through secure project workflows.
• Identify errors, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement.
• Provide clear written and verbal feedback on evaluation results.
• Collaborate asynchronously with project coordinators and meet assigned deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Currently residing in a mainland U.S. state and available to start immediately.
• Strong financial literacy and hands-on experience filing 2025 U.S. taxes, independently or with professional assistance.
• Comfortable working with digital financial and document-sharing workflows.
• Strong document review, annotation, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Experience with rubrics, quality review, data annotation, or workflow evaluation is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace, including Docs, Sheets, and Drive.
