It's a model designed to deliver exceptional care while supporting provider well-being.

• Role: Primary care physician (18+)

• Location: Thomaston, Connecticut

• Setting: 100% office-based, outpatient primary care

• Schedule: Full-time, weekdays only

• T eaching: Optional with faculty appointment

• Phone call only: Averages only 2 call weekends per year and 1 weeknight ~2 months

• Offerings: Guaranteed base, uncapped incentive bonus, loan repayment support , sign-on/stipend, and relocation

• Work authorization: H-1B cap-exempt organization
