Make a meaningful impact as a Speech-Language Pathologist working with K–12 students during the 2026–2027 school year. In this full-time contract position, you’ll collaborate with supportive teams and engage with a diverse caseload tailored to your expertise and preference—ranging from moderate to profound needs. The assignment welcomes both local and travel professionals who are passionate about shaping young lives and contributing to students’ long-term success.
Your expertise in pediatric speech-language pathology and experience in early childhood or elementary settings will be highly valued. Embrace autonomy in your daily practice while working collaboratively to develop, implement, and monitor individualized education programs (IEPs).
What you bring:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
- Prior experience serving pediatric populations or working in school-based settings
- Strong understanding of a range of communication disorders and intervention strategies
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
What you’ll do:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders in K–12 students
- Develop and implement IEPs with measurable goals
- Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and families to support student growth
- Maintain progress documentation and prepare required reports
- Provide direct and consultative services in individual and group settings
- Participate in team meetings, IEP reviews, and ongoing professional development
