**Job Overview:**Job Summary\\*\\* Oversee and manage the planning, execution, and closing of complex energy infrastructure projects within Primoris Energy Services - Nexus, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while adhering to safety protocols. Job Responsibilities\\*\\* \\* Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation for energy infrastructure projects. \\* Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, including engineers, construction personnel, and subcontractors, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. \\* Manage project risks, identify potential issues, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success. \\* Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and prepare regular status reports for stakeholders. \\* Ensure strict adherence to all safety regulations, environmental policies, and quality control procedures throughout the project lifecycle. \\* Manage project budgets, approve expenditures, and ensure cost-effective resource utilization. \\* Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams, providing clear and concise updates on project status and addressing any concerns. \\* Negotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractors, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for Primoris Services Corporation. \\* Conduct post-project reviews and analyses to identify lessons learned and implement continuous improvement initiatives. \\* Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, progress reports, and close-out documents. Job Qualifications\\*\\* \\* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field. \\* Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in project management, specifically within the energy or heavy civil construction industry. \\* Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to completion, preferably within oil & gas, power generation, or renewable energy sectors. \\* Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, Agile) and relevant software tools. \\* Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. \\* Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications. \\* Proficiency in project scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project) and Microsoft Office Suite. \\* Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, control costs, and analyze financial data. \\* Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to risk management. \\* Commitment to safety and quality assurance. \\* Ability to travel to project sites as required.**Company Overview:**Primoris Energy Services is a major direct-hire contractor in the U.S. delivering self-performed turnkey industrial construction and EPC services.
