Staff Management Group is seeking a Sales & Operations Branch Manager for our client in Carlstadt, NJ. Schedule: 1st Shift: 7AM - 5PM Pay Rate: Depends on experience Job Summary: We are seeking a hands‑on Sales and Operations Branch Manager to lead, grow, and operate a high‑performing branch. This role is ideal for a leader who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves, work alongside their team, and drive results across sales, service, and operations. Job Responsibilities: Lead from the front by working alongside your team driving revenue and managing branch operations. Deliver exceptional customer experiences while maintaining strong, long‑term partnerships. Hire, train, coach, and develop branch employees for performance and advancement. Drive internal sales growth, profitability, and key performance metrics. Own branch financial performance, including budgeting, P&L oversight, and internal controls. Oversee branch operations, including inventory, scheduling, and safety compliance. Partner with the Regional Manager on branch goals, budgets, and performance planning. Job Requirements: Proven leadership experience in a sales environment, ideally within a high‑volume service or distribution organization. Demonstrated success driving consistent year‑over‑year sales growth. Strong financial acumen with P&L responsibility. Results‑driven communicator who can motivate and align teams. Ability to inspire and lead a sales and service workforce. Valid driver's license with 3 years driving history.
