Job Overview A law firm seeks a transactional real estate associate attorney for its Los Angeles office. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience in real estate law, focusing on acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, secured financing, or similar transactions. Experience with joint ventures is a plus. Responsibilities Collaborate with partners on complex real estate transactions. Handle matters independently and assist client teams. Work in a team environment while managing individual responsibilities. Requirements Minimum of two years of experience in real estate law. Experience with acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, or secured financing. Membership or pending membership of the California State Bar. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications California State Bar membership or pending membership. Skills Strong ability to work independently and in a team.
