Franchisees are independent business owners who set their own wage and benefit programs that can vary among franchisees.Job Summary:We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to provide high-quality care and support to individuals who require assistance with daily living activities. The Caregiver will ensure the safety, comfort, and well-being of our clients while respecting their dignity and promoting independence.Pay Rate: $17-$20Key Responsibilities:Personal Care: Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.Health Monitoring: Observe and report changes in clients' health conditions, ensure medication adherence, and assist with medical appointments.Household Duties: Perform light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.Companionship: Provide emotional support and companionship, engage clients in meaningful activities, and promote social interaction.Transportation: Assist clients with transportation to appointments, shopping, and other errands as needed.Safety: Ensure a safe environment by following safety protocols and assisting with mobility aids and fall prevention measures.Documentation: Maintain accurate records of care provided, including daily logs, incident reports, and care plans.Qualifications:Experience: Minimum of 1 year experience as a caregiver in a facility or in a similar role is preferred.Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, empathy, and patience.Certifications: CPR and First Aid certification preferred. Certification as a nursing assistant (CNA) is a plus.Physical Requirements: Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.Background Check: Must pass a background check and have a clean driving record.Preferred Attributes:Compassionate, reliable, and dedicated to providing the highest standard of care.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Working Conditions:Work may be performed in a variety of settings, including clients' homes, assisted living facilities, and other healthcare environments.Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
