Position Chief Risk Officer Location Bismarck, North Dakota Key Responsibilities Provide oversight of the enterprise-wide risk management framework, including enterprise risk management, information security, bank security, AML/CFT, and fraud functions Design, implement, and monitor comprehensive risk management and loss prevention programs while ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies Develop and maintain security, disaster recovery, and business continuity programs Serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, senior management team, and participate in board committees or project teams as needed Qualifications 8 to 10 years of experience in enterprise risk management, cybersecurity, fintech, and vendor management Strong background in compliance, internal audit, and fraud Deep understanding of FDICIA requirements and state and federal banking regulations Proven ability to think strategically and execute effectively, with strong verbal and written communication skills and sound independent judgment What Is Offered Competitive salary Comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, life insurance, and health savings account 401(k) and profit-sharing options Annual incentive compensation program Paid vacation and holidays Ready to Make a Difference?
