Description:
As a Front Desk Agent at Hampton Inn & Suites - Atlanta Northlake, you’ll be the first friendly face our guests see. In this role, you’ll help create a welcoming experience by assisting guests with check-in/check-out, answering questions, managing reservations, and resolving concerns with professionalism and care.
The candidate selected for this position will need to work morning and afternoon shifts.

Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and assist with check-in and check-out
- Process payments and manage guest accounts
- Book, modify, and cancel reservations
- Answer guest questions and provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions
- Respond to guest requests and resolve issues in a timely, professional manner
- Maintain accurate guest records and reservation information
- Answer phones and respond to emails as needed
- Work closely with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction
- Follow hotel safety, security, and privacy procedures
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Friendly and professional communication skills
- Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer and phone skills
- Attention to detail and reliability
- Previous hotel or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
