Description:

As a Front Desk Agent at Hampton Inn & Suites - Atlanta Northlake, you’ll be the first friendly face our guests see. In this role, you’ll help create a welcoming experience by assisting guests with check-in/check-out, answering questions, managing reservations, and resolving concerns with professionalism and care.

The candidate selected for this position will need to work morning and afternoon shifts.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests and assist with check-in and check-out
  • Process payments and manage guest accounts
  • Book, modify, and cancel reservations
  • Answer guest questions and provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions
  • Respond to guest requests and resolve issues in a timely, professional manner
  • Maintain accurate guest records and reservation information
  • Answer phones and respond to emails as needed
  • Work closely with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Follow hotel safety, security, and privacy procedures
Requirements:

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Friendly and professional communication skills
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer and phone skills
  • Attention to detail and reliability
  • Previous hotel or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
