Job Summary Direct Support Professionals provide support to individuals with disabilities at Easterseals‑Goodwill in Great Falls, Montana. Full‑time, part‑time, and occasional/sub positions are available. Wage is $16.50 per hour. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement programs and behavior support plans. Assist participants with mobility, transfers, and daily living tasks including restroom use and toileting. Lift and transfer participants, as well as move equipment and materials up to 50 pounds. Provide emergency first aid and CPR, and manage medical equipment when prescribed. Safely supervise participants during seizures, emergencies, or program activities. Engage participants in vocational and therapeutic activities, and maintain visual surveillance, auditory monitoring, and physical support. Maintain a safe environment and follow all safety rules and protocols. Qualifications and Requirements Must be 18 years or older. Current driver’s license with a clean driving record. Self‑motivated, flexible, able to work as part of a team, and able to handle physical demands. Ability to move independently or with reasonable accommodation within the facility and community. Physically and mentally able to perform all job requirements, including heavy and moderate lifting. Willingness to perform animal and wheelchair assistance as needed. Experience Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but not required. Behavior support and program development skills are preferred.
