About the Role

We are seeking a professional and personable Certified Medical Office Assistant to join a busy, patient-focused vascular practice in Annapolis, MD. This role supports both front and clinical operations in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates are organized, detail-oriented, and provide a high level of patient care and service.

What You’ll Do

• Room patients, take vitals, and assist providers as needed
• Schedule and coordinate patient appointments
• Answer incoming calls and assist with patient inquiries
• Greet, check in/out patients, ensuring a positive experience
• Verify insurance eligibility and benefits
• Accurately document and maintain patient records in EPIC
• Support referrals, authorizations, and office workflow
• Maintain organization and efficiency in a high-volume setting

Requirements (MUST HAVE)

✅ CAAHEP-accredited Medical Assistant certification

✅ Strong EPIC experience

• 1–2+ years of experience in a medical office (front desk or clinical)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced specialty environment

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Annapolis, MD.

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr.
