Medicine on Time is seeking an Assistant Delivery Supervisor for their Vancouver, WA location.

*Pharmacy Assistant license will need to be applied for upon hiring-$70.00 fee .
As the Assistant Delivery Supervisor you will be responsible for:
- Assisting the Supervisor with the daily operations, workflow, and management of a courier delivery service within a long-term care Pharmacy.
- Assisting with setting up daily delivery routes including STAT, routine, and monthly deliveries, and making necessary adjustments to ensure quality and timely service, vehicle tabs renewal, and vehicle winterizing.
- Assisting in the pharmacy with packaging meds (when needed).
- Supervising warehouse and delivery staff when the Supervisor is on vacation or out of the building.
Essential Duties:
- Drive company vehicle to deliver pharmacy items to facilities/customer's homes. It is required to drive and deliver in various outside weather conditions ie: rain, snow, dark, low visibility, etc.
- Maintain and operate vehicles in accordance with policies/procedures.
- Data entry and filing of delivery manifests, vendor receipts, gas receipts, and vehicle maintenance reports/ receipts using Excel/MS Word.
- Assist with overseeing the Vehicle Fleet including maintenance, oil changes, vehicle tabs renewal, vehicle winterizing, etc.
- Assist with warehouse tasks ie: stocking, cleaning, and ordering supplies.

Qualifications:
1+ years of supervisory-type experience.
Reliable, dependable
Oral/written communication/interpersonal communication
High School Diploma or GED
Valid/Current US Driver's license(required)
Eligible to work in the US.
Must be over 21
Pass a Drug/UA/Background Check
Facilitates and maintains proper adherence and paperwork documentation of all assigned tasks relating to CMS Accreditation per Medicare, HIPAA, OSHA
