Key Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant coursework or certification preferred

Responsibilities:

• Provide instructional, emotional, and physical support to students, both individually and in small groups
• Assist with classroom activities under the supervision of licensed educators
• Support students with special needs, including help with mobility, toileting, and personal care, as needed
• Foster an encouraging, safe, and supportive classroom environment
• Adapt support techniques in response to individual student needs
• Help maintain accurate records and adhere to classroom routines
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and school staff to support learning objectives
