Veterinary Practice Manager

Fox Creek Veterinary Hospital at Wildwood is hiring a full-time Practice Manager to lead our team of veterinarians, technicians, and support staff. You’ll drive daily operations, support our medical team, and help keep our clients and patients well cared for. Collaborate closely with the Doctor co-owner on the hospital’s growth potential, set goals, remove obstacles, and build a hospital where great medicine and great business go hand in hand. Champion the client experience from first call to follow-up, building loyalty and growing the practice’s reputation in the community. Lead day-to-day operations: staffing, scheduling, inventory, and facilities, so the hospital runs smoothly and efficiently. Drive financial performance: manage P&L, analyze results, and implement strategies that deliver sustainable profitability without compromising the highest quality of care. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and hospital policies. Perform other related duties as assigned. What We’re Looking For Previous management experience in a veterinary setting is required.
