• Mon - Fri with evening and weekend rotation
• Open to 5x8s or 4x10s -- 8 am - 5 pm or 8 am - 6 pm
• Saturday hours: 8 am - 1 pm
• Patient volume: 2 - 4 patients per hour; walk-ins accepted
• All-ages patient population -- pediatrics through geriatrics
• Primary care only -- family medicine focus
• Skills needed: wellness exams, chronic disease, women's health
• Hospital privileges required
