Director of Web Optimization

Leading the strategy and execution of optimization and experimentation, the full-time salaried Director of Web Optimization will enhance user experience across all lead-generating digital properties while working remotely. Key responsibilities Define and lead the optimization, experimentation, and personalization strategy for digital properties Oversee the end-to-end experimentation program, ensuring strong testing design and accurate analysis Translate insights into actionable recommendations that influence marketing, UX, and digital strategies Required qualifications 7 years of experience in an analytic/strategic role focused on digital experience and optimization 3+ years of experience managing direct reports Bachelor's Degree Experience with web analytics and voice of customer tools Advanced proficiency in Excel
