About the Position

Registered Nurse – Oncology

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Night Shift | 3x12-hour shifts (36 hours/week)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an oncology setting during overnight shifts
• Administer chemotherapy and related oncology treatments in accordance with established protocols
• Perform IV insertions and manage vascular access
• Monitor and assess patient responses to treatment, escalating concerns as appropriate
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support patient safety and quality outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Active Georgia RN license or valid Compact RN license
• American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• American Heart Association (AHA) Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Chemotherapy certification
• Demonstrated IV insertion skills

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in an oncology inpatient or infusion setting
• Familiarity with oncology-specific medications and treatment protocols
