Ephraim Family Dental is seeking an exceptional General Dentist to join our thriving, modern dental practice in Ephraim, Utah. • Full-time schedule: 4 days per week

• $5k Sign-On Bonus

• Consistent, full patient schedule

• Established and growing patient base

• Strong new patient flow (60 NP's a month)

• 7 operatories with room for expansion
• 5 Hygienists and 2 DAs per Doctor

• Examine, diagnose, and develop comprehensive treatment plans

• Provide full-scope general dentistry including restorative, cosmetic, prosthodontic, operative, oral surgery, endodontic, and implant services

• Deliver exceptional patient care and education

• Collaborate with team members to create outstanding patient experiences

• Maintain the highest standards of clinical excellence and professionalism

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental program

• Active Utah dental license (or ability to obtain prior to start)

• Current CPR certification

• 2+ years of clinical experience preferred

• New graduates are encouraged to apply; mentorship is available for the right candidate

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
