Warehouse Associate

Warehouse Associate Schedule: M-F 7am - 3:30pm, overtime as needed. Responsibilities Safely operate a stand‑up forklift (order selector/cherry picker) to pull and prepare outbound customer orders. Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages. Use RF devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders. Accurately and timely receive, verify, stage and stock all incoming material. Clean the workspace and maintain a clean, safe, and accident‑free facility. Adhere to all safety regulations, including proper use of personal protective equipment and a safety harness with a maximum weight capacity of 400 lbs. Qualifications 3–5 years of warehouse experience in shipping, receiving, delivery, or inventory management (preferred). Experience in the plumbing and/or HVAC industry is a plus. Forklift/order picker experience is a plus. Attention to detail and strong work ethic. Ability to lift items up to 50 lbs regularly. Comfortable in a fast‑paced, changing environment. Positive demeanor, dependability, and self‑starter attitude. Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures. Pre‑employment Requirements Drug and background screening required.
