Join us in Muskegon County, MI as an off-shift Industrial Millwright focused on keeping complex machinery running at peak performance. You'll blend precision, craftsmanship, and problem-solving to install, repair, and optimize mechanical equipment across the plant. A Day in the Life
As production winds down or ramps up during non-day hours, you'll move from one challenge to the next:
* Install, maintain, and troubleshoot mechanical equipment to sustain safe, efficient operations.
* Execute pipefitting, welding, and small-scale fabrication to support maintenance projects and upgrades.
* Align belts, sheaves, shafts, and rotating components to factory tolerances.
* Diagnose faults; repair or replace worn parts to reduce downtime.
* Inspect plant systems for reliability and compliance with safety standards.
* Drive preventive maintenance tasks that extend equipment life and prevent unplanned outages.
* Partner with maintenance, production, and engineering to plan improvements and implement solutions.
* Model safe work practices and contribute to a culture of safety every shift.
Compensation & Benefits
* Base pay: up to $40.00 per hour

What You Bring
* High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution
* Possess a minimum of one of the following:
Preferred
* Hands-on troubleshooting of machinery, including hydraulics and pneumatics.
* Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of industrial systems.
* Ability to read/interpret technical drawings and schematics.
* Clear communicator and effective team player in a manufacturing setting.
* Continuous improvement mindset and drive for operational excellence.
