Full-time, 12-hour night shifts, every other weekend rotation.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for our Behavioral Health unit. The successful candidate will provide quality patient care to adults facing mental health challenges, including various diagnoses such as Depression, Bipolar Disorder, Schizophrenia, and Personality Disorders. Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care for adult patients in a behavioral health setting.
• Monitor patient conditions and document observations and progress in EMR.
• Implement therapeutic interventions as per care plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care.
• Participate in weekly orientations and unit meetings.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active RN License in Nevada.
• 1+ year of inpatient behavioral health experience.
• BLS certification is required; ACLS and PALS must be obtained within specified timeframes after hire.
• Handle with Care training preferred.
