The ideal candidate will have the technical acumen and managerial skills to facilitate smooth design, coordination, and construction workflows while optimizing project quality and productivity.**Responsibilities include:*** Develop, implement, and oversee company-wide BIM standards, procedures, and protocols in collaboration with technical and design teams.* Lead multi-disciplinary BIM coordination meetings and facilitate resolution of complex design and coordination issues.* Provide hands-on support for BIM software suite, troubleshooting issues and ensuring optimal performance.* Manage and oversee the creation and maintenance of the enterprise digital design library, including families, templates, Dynamo scripts, and applications.* Evaluate project deliverables for compliance with BIM execution plans, standards, and client requirements.* Interface directly with clients to define BIM deliverables, ensuring projects are executed as per agreed-upon BIM protocols.* Promote continuous improvement by leveraging analytics to derive insights from project metrics.* Train and mentor project teams in BIM best practices through both informal and formal learning sessions.* Remain abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, recommending tools and methodologies to further advance our BIM capabilities.**Requirements:*** Bachelor's degree in architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management.* A minimum of 8+ years of AEC industry experience with a strong focus on BIM.* Expert-level proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and Autodesk Construction Cloud.* Demonstrated experience in parametric design and coding skills in Revit Dynamo Script.* Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and manage teams.* Strong organizational and project management skills.* A desire to mentor junior staff and lead a team of specialists.**Preferred but not Required:*** Professional Certification in BIM Management.* Understanding of construction scheduling and estimating.* Proficiency in programming languages like C# and/or PythoCompensation Range:$100,226.48 - $133,635.31STV offers the following benefits • Health insurance, including an option with a Health Savings Account • Dental insurance • Vision insurance • Flexible Spending Accounts (Healthcare, Dependent Care and Transit and Parking where applicable) • Disability insurance • Life Insurance and Accidental Death & Dismemberment • 401(k) Plan • Retirement Counseling • Employee Assistance Program • Paid Time Off (16 days) • Paid Holidays (9 days) • Back-Up Dependent Care (up to 10 days per year) • Parental Leave (up to 80 hours) • Continuing Education Program • Professional Licensure and Society MembershipsSTV is committed to paying all of its employees in a fair, equitable, and transparent manner.
