Registered Nurse- Emergency Department

Job Description Hedrick Medical Center is looking for an experienced RN to join their tight‑knit Emergency Department Team. Shift Full Time Nights, 12 hour shifts Responsibilities Deliver safe, high‑quality nursing care using the nursing process. Coordinate and implement the plan of care for a group of assigned patients. Delegate appropriate tasks and provide supervision to other patient care staff. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes. Ensure documentation and care practices comply with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines. Demonstrate clinical proficiency and maintain professional standards in all aspects of patient care. Accountable for utilizing the nursing process. Responsible for performing patient care, delegating patient care tasks, and supervising other patient care staff. Responsible for coordinating the plan of care for a group of assigned patients and consulting with other members of the health care team when indicated to ensure optimal patient outcomes. This clinical nurse demonstrates proficiency and abides by policies, rules, guidelines, and procedures.
