Role Overview As a Medical Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of quality and compassionate care to patients. You will work under the direct supervision of providers and nursing leadership, performing a variety of administrative and clinical tasks to support patient care. Your contributions will directly impact the patient experience and the efficiency of our healthcare team. What You Will Do Greet and escort patients to the exam room, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment. Obtain and document accurate medical histories from patients. Measure and record vital signs, contributing to patient assessments. Prepare patients for examinations and procedures, ensuring their comfort and readiness. Assist providers during examinations and procedures, facilitating efficient and effective patient care. What You Will Need Required Qualifications High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent. Current BLS-C upon hire or successful completion by end of orientation. Preferred Qualifications At least one (1) year of related experience. Basic computer knowledge and keyboarding skills.
