This role involves assessing the dealership's inventory and coordinating vehicle trade‑ins to enhance customer satisfaction and inventory offerings. Responsibilities include managing the vehicle exchange process, identifying and engaging potential customers, conducting needs analysis, and building strong customer relationships.
