Wine Sales Consultant, On Premise

Job Overview Johnson Brothers Liquor Company, located in Fort Worth, TX, is a family‑owned distributor of wine, spirits, and beer. We are looking for a Sales Representative to grow our On‑Premise customer base within the assigned territory. The role focuses on business‑to‑business sales, building relationships, and driving growth. Job Responsibilities Availability to work outside the 8‑5 schedule, including early evening hours and occasional weekend events. Ensure consistent customer contact and timely follow‑up. Plan and execute sales initiatives and deliver effective sales presentations. Handle all customer‑related issues promptly and professionally. Maintain a full understanding of products, promotions, and company programs. Use POS and other tools to enhance selling efforts. Acquire and nurture new and under‑served accounts, driving sales and meeting company objectives. Adhere to company policies and procedures and complete necessary paperwork accurately and timely. Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum of 2 years in a Sales Representative role or higher. BS degree or equivalent work experience. Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance. Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and presentation skills. Self‑motivated, disciplined, goal‑oriented, and able to prioritize tasks. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to connect with a wide range of buyer types. Availability to work outside regular business hours.
