Deliver personalized speech therapy sessions focusing on language, fluency, voice, and swallowing challenges.

Partner with physical therapists, occupational therapists, nurses, physicians, caregivers, and families to foster a comprehensive approach to patient care.

Educate patients and families to empower them in achieving progress beyond clinical interactions.

Facilitate occasional inpatient evaluations and interventions, ensuring seamless continuity of care throughout the rehabilitation process.

Maintain precise and timely documentation that complies with state, federal, and organizational regulations.

Engage in continuous learning through ongoing education and collaboration with peers to remain at the forefront of the field.

A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.

Successful completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) prior to ASHA certification.

State licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.

Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification to be obtained within 30 days of employment.

Expertise in evidence-based treatment methodologies for patients across all ages, paired with a deep understanding of both developmental and acquired speech, language, and swallowing disorders.

Outstanding interpersonal communication abilities allowing for effective collaboration with patients, families, and interdisciplinary care teams.
