Occupational Therapist Acute Rehab Unit

Nealy Pierce, LLC is partnering with an acute inpatient rehabilitation facility to hire an Occupational Therapist for its Acute Rehab Unit (IRF). In this role, you’ll provide comprehensive OT evaluations and evidence-based treatments for medically complex adults, focusing on functional recovery, ADL/IADL training, and safe discharge planning. You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, participate in care conferences, and maintain precise EMR documentation. This position offers the opportunity to advance patient outcomes while working within a mission-driven, high-performing rehab environment.
