Precision Core Values: Team Work - Heart of Service - Willing to Learn - Culture of Safety - Pursuit of Excellence Typical Day: Start promptly at 7:30am Prepare for that day's route including loading of vehicles and preparation for the job site. Represent the company well on-site through good communication with team members or clients, clean and considerate work sites, and clean equipment. Follow the process for maintaining each property. Follow the processes and best horticultural practices for applications for each property. Return to the shop once route is complete. Clean out vehicles each afternoon for efficient job flow. Qualifications: 2 - 4 years of Lawn & Landscape experience required. 4+ years of Lawn or Plant Care experience preferred. Certified Pesticide Applicator License preferred. TCIA Accreditation preferred. Can operate a mower, blower, and string trimmer. Can operate sprayers and small equipment. Adept at identifying weeds and plants. Intermediate to advanced horticultural knowledge. SC-certified Pesticide Applicator License preferred. Certified Arborist ideal. Capable of understanding instructions and performing tasks efficiently and within budget. Ability to use and navigate a client software application on a mobile device. Ability to learn the maintenance needs for equipment, and how to efficiently use it on the job site. Ability to maintain professionalism even in difficult circumstances. Ability to work in a physically demanding role that may include prolonged periods of standing and lifting over 50 pounds.
