Loan Workout Specialist 1 (Legal Documents) - Onsite position

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Loan Workout Specialist 1 (Legal Documents) for an onsite position with a Global Financial Institution located in West Des Moines, IA. This is an 18+ month contract opportunity. Responsibilities Review physical legal documents to ensure that all items within the doc are accurate, match corresponding paperwork, and meet state requirements. Test information before it is sent out to third‑party legal partners. Check notarization on documents. Perform judgment and complaint validations as needed. Requirements Knowledge of collection law (ideal). Experience with litigation (specifically civil procedures). Experience as a QA analyst or functionally acting as QA. Basic MS Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams). Basic computer skills. Understanding of credit cards. 1+ year of relevant professional experience. Desired Skills Paralegal certification. Pay Range $23.13 - $26.23 per Hour Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
