Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Room setting
• Perform IV insertions and PICC line management
• Monitor and interpret telemetry readings
• Manage ventilated patients as needed
• Document patient care accurately using Meditech charting system
• Float to other departments or affiliated facilities as operationally required on a department-based rotation schedule

Required Qualifications

• Active Georgia RN license or valid Compact RN license (must be in hand at time of submission)
• Minimum 18 months of Emergency Room experience
• Ventilator management experience
• Telemetry interpretation skills
• Proficiency with IV insertion and PICC lines
• Current BLS (AHA), ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS certifications required prior to start

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Meditech electronic health records
• Ability to adapt quickly across multiple departments and care settings
