Benefits & Leave Administrator (Open Enrollment)

Self-Help

Self-Help Services Corp seeks a Benefits Administrator to manage company benefit programs across multiple sites. The role includes Open Enrollment coordination, leave administration (FMLA/ADA), and employee guidance on benefits and responsibilities.

You will partner with vendors, HR, payroll, and managers to ensure accurate data, compliance, and cost management. Strong communication, organization, and HRIS proficiency are essential.
