Human Resources Coordinator

Position: Administrative Assistant/HR Coordinator (PART TIME)

Location: Northborough, MA 01532

Duration : 6+ months

Shift: 09:00am – 02.00pm (Schedule open to flexibility)

• Requirements: 2-5 years' experience working in a similar role / HR experience
• Prior experience running payroll and working with HRIS systems
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality in everything related to HR; payroll, benefits, employee information, etc.
• Basic HR knowledge and understanding of confidentiality, policies, laws, etc.
• Strong and careful attention to detail
• Quick learner and able to adapt to changing priorities
• Extremely organized and a master of prioritization
• Ability to work in a team setting
• Good verbal and written communications skills
• Strong computer skills in Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Outlook

• Responsibilities:
• In this role, you will assist the HR team to effectively deliver HR programs in order to positively impact employee engagement.
• The position will be responsible for activities such as onboarding/offboarding, maintaining the HRIS system, personnel file maintenance, payroll administration, benefits administration, reporting, and assisting employees with questions related to HR programs.

• Supporting the HR Director and HR Business Partners as needed
