Vice President, Operations

Providing strategic leadership across a growing portfolio of ambulatory surgery centers in the Midwest, the full-time Vice President of Operations will manage operational excellence, financial performance, and physician engagement while ensuring high-level execution at each center in a remote capacity. Key responsibilities Lead the performance of a portfolio of ambulatory surgery centers, focusing on financial, operational, and quality objectives Develop and execute strategies to improve EBITDA, revenue growth, and operational efficiency across the portfolio Recruit, coach, and develop high-performing ASC CEOs to strengthen leadership capability and support long-term career growth Required qualifications 8+ years of progressive healthcare operations leadership experience, including multi-site oversight within ambulatory surgery centers or comparable outpatient healthcare environments Demonstrated success in leading portfolio-level operational and financial performance, including multi-site P&L ownership Proven ability to develop and coach operational leaders, building high-performing teams Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field required Strong operational and financial acumen with the ability to leverage data and performance metrics to drive results
