Overview Job Overview: We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team. In this role, you will provide top-notch, personalized care to our clients, enabling them to lead dignified and independent lives in their own homes. You will be responsible for delivering a broad spectrum of services, focusing on assisting with daily activities, ensuring safety, and offering companionship. Responsibilities Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Plan and prepare meals with attention to nutritional guidelines and individual preferences. Perform light housekeeping duties, including laundry, tidying living spaces, and organizing. Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities to enhance their quality of life. Monitor clients’ health by managing medication, observing physical and mental condition, and communicating potential changes to healthcare professionals and family members. Accompany clients to appointments and errands, ensuring safe transportation and mobility assistance. Qualifications Previous experience in caregiving or a related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to maintain client confidentiality and uphold ethical standards. Basic understanding of personal care and home management skills.
