Customer Service ManagerImpact Alliance (a DFC Manufacturing Group company, part of Confluent Holdings)Alpharetta, GA | Full-Time | Exempt | On-Site | Up to 10% TravelPosition Overview**Impact Alliance is seeking a Customer Service Manager to lead the customer service function at our Alpharetta, GA facility. This role is responsible for overseeing order intake, quoting, and customer communications while partnering closely with production to ensure on-time delivery and high customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will build and develop a strong customer service team and drive consistent, reliable service performance.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer & Order ManagementManage the full order lifecycle from quote through deliveryPrepare and review customer quotes for accuracy and timelinessServe as a primary escalation point for customer inquiries and issue resolutionProactively communicate order status, changes, and delivery updatesOperations CoordinationPartner with production and operations teams to align schedules and prioritiesMonitor order progress to ensure on-time delivery commitments are metMaintain accurate customer specifications and order details within the ERP systemInterpret and scale drawings, blueprints, and customer samples as neededTeam Leadership & DevelopmentSupervise, train, and coach customer service representativesEstablish performance expectations and monitor team productivity and qualityIdentify process improvement opportunities to enhance service efficiency and accuracyFoster a customer-focused, accountable team environmentQualificationsRequired2+ years of customer service experienceHigh school diploma or GEDStrong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skillsProficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft OfficeSolid math and data accuracy skillsPreferredPrior leadership, team lead, or supervisory experienceExperience in manufacturing, die-making, converting, packaging, printing, or related industriesAbility to read and interpret technical drawings or specificationsCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive salaryMedical, dental, and vision coverage401(k) with company matchPaid time off and company holidaysCareer growth opportunities across a multi-site manufacturing platformAbout the CompanyImpact Alliance is part of DFC Manufacturing Group, a Confluent Holdings company, a growing network of specialized manufacturing businesses across the United States.
