Macoletta Brick Oven Pizzeria is looking for an experienced Pizza & Pasta Cook to join our kitchen team.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook pizzas in a high-volume brick oven.
- Prepare pasta dishes according to recipes and quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the station.
- Follow food safety and sanitation procedures.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen team.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience working on a pizza or pasta station.
- Experience with wood-fired or brick ovens is a plus.
- Ability to multitask under pressure.
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player.
- Weekend and evening availability required.
Compensation:
- Competitive hourly pay based on experience.
- Full-time
