What You'll Be Doing

• Install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini-splits, air handlers, and thermostats
• Complete equipment replacements and new installations
• Install and modify ductwork
• Test and start up systems to ensure everything is working properly
• Communicate with homeowners and leave every job better than you found it

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of residential HVAC installation experience
• Experience with furnaces, A/C systems, heat pumps, and mini-splits
• EPA Certification preferred
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Positive attitude and team-first mentality
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check

Pay : $20 - $30/hr based on work experience + Opportunities for Performance Incentives!

 

Hours :

 

1st Shift: 7:30am - 4:30pm

Essential Responsibilities

 

Installs HVAC related equipment according to manufacturer’s specifications.

Receives, verifies, and loads all equipment and materials needed for each job.

Performs warranty services for heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems, including: Troubleshooting and repairing products or equipment under warranty, Performing diagnostics, and Replacing defective parts.

Demonstrates and establishes effective working relationships with co-workers, superiors.

Properly completes all paperwork required for each job.

Maintains cleanliness of assigned company vehicle.

Maintains high levels of customer service and satisfaction.

Performs all tasks and duties in an efficient and safe manner.

Performs other related duties as assigned or as necessary. Remains flexible and adaptable in work schedules and work assignments as defined by departmental and organizational needs.

Represents the company in a manner that conveys professionalism, confidentiality, courtesy, fairness, personal integrity, and respect for others.

Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 70 lbs, stand, bend, stoop, reach and travel to locations.

 

Qualifications

 

Residential HVAC installation experience.

Universal EPA Certification preferred

Ability to be flexible in work schedule.

Valid, clean driver’s License.

Must have the ability to multi-task.

Must have excellent customer service skills.

Must possess knowledge of HVAC systems

Must have own hand and power tools

8 hour shift

Monday to Friday

On call

HVAC Service: 2 years (Required)

License/Certification:

Ability to Relocate:

 

New Berlin, WI (Waukesha County): Relocate before starting work (Required)
