Registered Nurse (RN) - Glendale, WI

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Bayshore Nursing & Rehab in Glendale, Wisconsin. As a Per Diem RN, you will have the opportunity to work alongside a team of experienced healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care. Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional patient care to a diverse range of residents, with a focus on delivering compassionate and individualized care
Perform a variety of nursing tasks, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with ADLs
Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to develop and implement comprehensive care plans
Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with industry developments and best practices
Demonstrate a commitment to continuous quality improvement and patient safety

Requirements:

Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Wisconsin
A minimum of 1+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN)
RN degree in Nursing
A commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care
