Part Time Clinical Dietitian - BSW Lake Pointe

Aramark Healthcare+ is seeking a Part Time Clinical Dietitian to join our nutrition team at Baylor Scott & White Medical Center- Lake Pointe in Rowlett, TX. We have recently increased our competitive pay based on experience and advanced credentials. Schedule: Thursdays + Rotating Weekends Founded in 1987, Baylor Scott & White Lake Pointe has developed into a 148-bed acute care hospital in Rowlett. With more than 500 physicians on staff, we offer a wide range of medical specialties and services, including an intensive care unit, women's services, Level II NICU, interventional cardiology, robotic-assisted surgery, orthopedics, vascular surgery, neurosurgery and urology.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assess patient's nutritional status and develop individualized nutrition plans based on their medical history, current health status, and specific needs
• Provide education and counseling to patients and their families on proper nutrition, healthy eating habits, and lifestyle changes
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement clinical protocols and best practices for nutrition care
• Monitor patients' progress and make modifications to their nutrition plans as needed
• Stay up-to-date with the latest research and developments in the field of clinical nutrition

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in nutrition or a related field
• Registered Dietitian (RD) certification
• RD Eligible welcome to apply!
• At least one (1) year of clinical experience preferred
• Licensed Dietitian status in Texas
• Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Passion for improving patient outcomes through high-quality nutrition care
