Quality Technician - 1st Shift

Hiring Immediately For 1st Shift Quality Technicians In Burlington, Nc!Pay: $20-23/hr. To Start + Pay Raises!1st Shift: 7 Am - 3:30 Pm Monday - FridayThis Is A Direct Hire Position!Job Description:Serve as a quality technician or receiving inspector responsible for inspecting and measuring inbound/outbound materials.Conduct in-process and final inspections of machined components and final assemblies to verify compliance with quality standards.Perform dimensional inspections, document results, support material traceability, and help maintain calibrated inspection equipment within an assembly production facility.Perform equipment calibrations on inspection tools including calipers, torque wrenches, pressure gauges, and related devices.Measure materials using calipers, micrometers, bore gages, feeler gages, and pin gages.Work with blueprints as necessary to verify part dimensions.Complete quality documentation including material traceability reports and certificates of conformity.Skills And Qualifications:Must have experience with some or all of these quality gages is preferred - calipers, micrometers, mic threads, bore gages, feeler gages, and/or pin gages to measure parts.Need to have the ability to read blueprints and engineering drawings.Basic computer skills using Microsoft Excel, Outlook, etc.Experience working in an assembly production facility or similar manufacturing environment.Benefits And Perks:Clean and Climate Controlled EnvironmentCompany Benefits Package - Includes Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance Coverage, Short Term Disability, and CDHP Plan Health Saving Account401K Retirement Plan with Company Matching - $1 per $1 match up to 3% + an Additional 2% at $0.50 per $1 matchPay RaisesPaid HolidaysPTO and Vacation TimeProfit Sharing BonusesEducation Reimbursement ProgramPromote InternallyJob Type & LocationThis is a permanent position based out of Greensboro, NC.Pay And BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $47840.00/yr.Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Dental, Health, 401K, Vision.Workplace TypeThis is a fully onsite position in Greensboro, NC.Application DeadlineThis position is anticipated to close on Sep 9, 2026.
