Customer Retention Specialist - State Farm Agent Team Member

Job TitleHunter Bolden State Farm helps protect families and businesses with dependable coverage and great service. We're looking for a customer/sale focused professional to manage policy renewals, verify coverage accuracy, and proactively help clients add additional protection especially when we don't have recent customer reviews to rely on.What You'll DoYou will mainly work with current customers when their home, condo, and business owners:Review renewals for existing customers to confirm: Coverage details are correctInformation is up to dateDeductibles, limits, and payment methods match client needsUpsell and cross-sell protection products they may not currently have, including: Life insuranceUmbrella policiesAdditional home/business protections as offered by State FarmAny other relevant products the client qualifies forRe-engage customers when reviews aren't available by: Communicating value clearlyAsking thoughtful questions about current needsBuilding trust through accurate, professional coverage conversationsZoom meetings / State Farm Connect with customersDocument everything in the CRM system: Call outcomesPolicy review notesQuotes/appointments requestedFollow-ups neededMeet daily/weekly performance goals related to: Renewal conversationsProduct recommendationsAppointments set and sales closed (as applicable)You may be a great fit if you:Enjoy talking with customers and helping them understand insurance optionsAre organized and consistent with follow-upsCan handle objections professionally and confidentlyUnderstand that renewals are about service + relationship, not just sellingCommunicate clearly and professionally over the phoneAre comfortable working toward measurable goalsSales experience preferred, but strong candidates with customer service experience are encouraged to apply.
