You'll get direct exposure to senior leadership and close partnership with Legal, Sales, the acquiring Business Unit, and Customer Experience a rare seat for someone at this stage of their career to see how a company actually integrates acquisitions from the ground up.

As an Acquisition Integration Specialist, you will play an important role in helping Cisco successfully transition customers from acquired companies into Cisco's quote-to-cash ecosystem. Working alongside experienced integration leaders, you will support customer migration strategy from acquisition due diligence through execution, helping ensure acquired customers are successfully onboarded to Cisco's products, pricing, contracts, and operational processes.

Minimum Qualifications:

• BS/BA degree
• 03 years of professional experience, including internships, rotational programs, or early-career roles in business operations, consulting, finance, or related fields
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to learn new systems, business processes, and technical concepts quickly
• Ability to work effectively in ambiguous, fast-paced environments

Preferred Qualifications:

• Demonstrated curiosity and enthusiasm for learning mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts, customer operations, or revenue processes
• Ability to build trusted relationships with peers, stakeholders, and leadership while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment
• Interest in applying AI, automation, and emerging technologies to improve business processes and operational efficiency
• Experience working collaboratively across multiple functions within a company
• Comfort analyzing data and synthesizing findings into actionable recommendations
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
