Mechanical Maintenance Technician- 1st Shift

Job Summary:

The Mechanical Maintenance Technician supports the repairs and maintains machinery such as CNC machines, furnaces and hydraulic equipment.

Job Duties:

• Performs preventative maintenance on production equipment
• Report status of repairs and work orders utilizing the Maintenance Management System (MMS).
• Troubleshoots, inspects, maintains, and repairs industrial equipment
• Communicates accurately, concisely and professionally with internal customers regarding repairs
• Works with equipment manufacturers, vendors, and representatives to trouble shoot equipment

Pay:

$30.00-35.00 per hour, depending on experience

Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 6am- 2:30pm

Experience or Skill Requirements:

• 3+ years of mechanical experience in production/manufacturing environment
• Basic electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic & mechanical knowledge, comprehension, and skills.
• Able to use hand tools and measuring tools
• Able to read and understand manuals, prints, and schematics
• High school diploma or GED preferred; technical training a plus
