Director, People Analytics

Revolution Medicines

Revolution Medicines seeks a Director of People Analytics to establish and lead workforce intelligence capabilities as the company scales. This strategic leadership role involves building data foundations, developing decision products, and partnering across HR, Finance, and IT to support critical workforce and organizational decisions.

Responsibilities

Establish People Analytics function, mandate, service model, governance, and roadmap aligned with business priorities
Build trusted workforce data foundation with source-of-truth models, metrics, and quality controls across systems
Enable integrated workforce planning through cross-functional partnerships with HR, Finance, and IT
Design and deliver executive decision products for workforce capacity, talent, and organizational planning
Develop organizational intelligence capabilities that surface leadership, talent, and engagement risks

Requirements

Experience leading people analytics functions or building data/analytics capabilities from foundation stage
Expertise in workforce planning, HR metrics, data governance, and analytics product development
Demonstrated ability to partner cross-functionally and drive outcomes across organizational boundaries
Knowledge of HRIS systems (Workday preferred) and HR technology ecosystems
Strong communication skills for translating analytics into actionable executive insights
