About the opportunity
My clients are growing CPA firms and family office financial groups adding partners in New Jersey, New York, Long Island and Florida. They're looking for practicing CPA partners and firm owners who want to join a larger platform and bring their clients and team with them.
You'd come in as a partner, keep serving the clients you know, and gain the staff, technology and back office support that's hard to build on your own. For owners thinking about succession, the role can be set up as a gradual transition on a timeline you help shape.
What you'll do
You'll manage and grow your existing client relationships, lead and mentor your team as it integrates, and work with firm leadership on tax, audit, advisory or wealth services. Partners also help shape service lines and contribute to firm growth in their market.
What we're looking for
An active CPA license in NY, NJ or FL. Partner or owner level experience in public accounting. An established client base, whether you run your own practice or lead a book within a firm. Clients will look to you as their trusted advisor, so strong relationships matter more than anything else.
