Pay Range: $1780.61 - $1869.64 weekly gross
Schedule: 36 Hours per Week; 12-Hour Days (7a-7:30p), Every Other Weekend, Holidays as Needed (Note: No RTO approved for the first 16 weeks)
Contract Length: 16 Weeks

Requirements:

• 1 year of experience as a RN
• Qualified applicants MUST have at least 1 year of experience in Psych or corrections
• Valid Registered Nurse license
• Be willing to obtain GA or compact state licensure

Responsibilities:
As a healthcare professional in an adult mental health facility, you’ll play a critical role in serving a unique and often underserved patient population. Your care will directly impact patient safety, wellness, and rehabilitation. A few of the responsibilities include:

• Accurately administer prescribed medications and initiate intravenous therapies.
• Conduct thorough health assessments to identify client problems and needs, formulating and implementing individualized nursing care plans.
• Make daily resident rounds to assess physical and emotional status and to implement any required nursing interventions.
• Respond to resident and family concerns, ensuring concerns are documented and communicated or resolved appropriately.
• Serve as a shift leader and a resource to other staff on the unit.
