Credit Associate

Shift: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm. This is an in‑office position. Title: Credit Associate Type: Full-time Location: Clark, NJ About the Role We are seeking a talented professional for the Credit Associate role. This full‑time position is Monday‑Friday 8am–5pm with an hour unpaid lunch. In this role you will perform clerical and administrative duties related to the day‑to‑day activities of the credit and collections department. You must be competent in Microsoft Office, have strong Excel skills, basic accounting knowledge, and excellent phone etiquette. What You’ll Do: Pull PODs Send invoices/statement copies to sales or customers. Portal billings Process credit applications and prepare credit files for review/approval (Pulling D'Bs and references) Enter adjustment credits if requested. Process credit card payments Perform other related duties as required or directed.
